Full report:

During their March City Council Strategic Plan retreat, a consensus of City Council members identified 24 priority initiatives for staff to focus on over the next four years. During the workshop, City Council also updated definitions for their Critical Success Factors, undertook a visioning exercise called Hometown Headline, and reviewed progress on the previous 2020 City Council Strategic Plan. Initiatives supported by four-to-five Council members were assigned a 'top priority'; initiatives with support by three Council members were assigned a 'high' priority. Other initiatives that received less support were acknowledged and assigned 'other'. Top initiatives are prioritized and incorporated into annual director performance plans for study and implementation. Many initiatives are reliant on staffing levels, capacity, and organizational funding levels.
