The parking portion of the Dot is open! The structure opened on Saturday.

There was some talk on social media over the weekend about the project costs and the multiple change orders we faced in 2020. I put together this breakdown of change orders & funding, with the funding sources broken down in GRAY below the balanced line items. I've included 2019 change orders as well.

Council requested a full audit of the project when complete. I don't have the timing on when this will occur, but it will happen.

My spreadsheet on change orders is in the picture & available as a spreadsheet at the link, items that were comments in excel have been moved to their own column for Notes/Links: https://docs.google.com/.../1vwUq8Ry21j.../edit...

In the meantime, please go check out the structure and enjoy our downtown. Residents have been going up to the roof to check out the view, and I'd like to hear feedback and see pictures if you do.
